Create and send an email, reply to an email message, and forward one in Outlook for Mac.
Create and send an email
- Select Home > New Email.
- Add recipient email address, a subject, and a message in the email body.
- Select Send.
Reply to an email
- Select an email to reply to.
- Select Reply.
- Type a response.
- Select Send.
Forward to share email with others
- Select an email to forward.
- Select Forward.
- Type in the email address you'd like to forward to.
- Add a note in the email body if you'd like.
- Select Send.
