In Outlook mobile, favorite your contacts, order them, and set notifications, to prioritize messages from your most important contacts.
Add people to your Favorites
- Tap the Office icon at the top of your Inbox.
- Tap the Edit icon.
- Search for your most important people in the Search bar and select the star next to their name to favorite them.
- Under Favorites, drag to order and prioritize them if you like.
- When you're done, select the checkmark.
Set notifications
- From Home, tap the gear icon in the lower left.
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap Favorite People for Outlook and Microsoft 365.
