Ways to install Windows 11 - Microsoft Support
Create Windows 11 installation media. On the Windows 11 software download page , select Create tool now and follow the instructions to install Windows 11. Warning: Microsoft recommends against installing Windows 11 on a device that does not meet the Windows 11 minimum system requirements.
Change your country or region in Microsoft Store
To change your region, use one of the following options: Windows 11 Windows 10 Xbox Online Microsoft account. Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region. Under Country or region, select your new region. You can switch back to your original region at any time.
