There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page at https://account.microsoft.com and enter your email address. Unfortunately, once you have duplicate contacts in your contact folders, there is no automated process to remove them. However, you can export all of your contacts to a file, then re-import them into Outlook and take advantage of the built-in duplicate checking features.
