Use an add-in while composing a message. Create a new message or reply to an existing one. From the ribbon, select the Message tab, then choose the add-in you want to use. If the add-in doesn’t appear in the ribbon, select Apps to view your installed add-ins.

When you select the Import Settings option during setup, the web add-in counterparts of your existing COM add-ins in classic Outlook for Windows are installed in the new client. The following table lists the applicable COM add-ins and their web add-in counterparts.

Click File > Get Add-ins. Alternatively, you can click Home > Add-ins. You can directly install add-ins from this page or select More Add-ins to explore. In the Office Add-ins box, click Store tab. Browse for the add-in you want.

Change or reset your PIN. A PIN is a user-defined set of numbers, or a combination of numbers and letters, that allows you to sign in to your Windows device instead of a password. Your PIN is securely stored on your device, it isn’t transmitted anywhere, and it isn’t stored on a server.

From the email accounts pane, you can now select the option to Add account, Manage an existing account. Select Add Account, then in the Suggested account dropdown, add the Gmail account you want to add, and select Continue. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Reduce the size of pictures and attachments in Outlook email messages. Send large files by using file sharing, cloud services, or other solutions for working around file size limits in Outlook.

While composing a message, select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send. Select one of the default options, then select Send or choose a custom time and then select Send . After you select Send, the message remains in the Draft folder until the delivery time.
