If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. If you pre-ordered a game and want to cancel, you can do so up to 10 days before the game launches at: Order history. Cancel your Microsoft subscription. Select the correct link for help with canceling a Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Pro or an Xbox subscription. For all other subscriptions, follow the steps in the Cancel other Microsoft subscriptions section below.
