Send automatic replies (out of office) from Outlook
If you want to send automatic replies to those outside your organization, we recommend choosing Send replies only to contacts. When you're done, select Save. There are two ways to send automatic out-of-office replies in classic Outlook. The way you do it depends on the type of email account you have.

Sign in to SharePoint. SharePoint is a browser-based app that you connect to through your web browser, like so: Go to office.com, and sign in to your work or school account. In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint.

Switching out of S mode in Windows - Microsoft Support
Windows 11 in S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to switch out of S mode. Windows 11 in S mode is only available in the Windows 11 Home edition.
Schedule an out of office status in Microsoft Teams
Set up an out of office status and message to let your teammates know you're not working or on vacation. When teammates send you a chat message, they'll see your out of office reply and know you're unavailable. Your out of office status will also sync with automatic replies in your Outlook calendar.
