If you want to join a Teams meeting organized by a Teams for work or school user and don't have a Teams for work or school account, you can use your Teams personal account and join on the Teams app or join as guest with a meeting link. For the best meeting experience, sign in with your Teams personal account.

Select the Files or Shared tab in the meeting chat, channel, or meeting in calendar. Find and select the file. Select More options > Download . Only the meeting organizer can download the recording. Find recordings. Recordings are available in different places depending on the type of meeting. The recording is processed and saved in the meeting organizer's OneDrive for Business. The meeting recording shows up in the meeting chat or channel conversation (if you’re meeting in a channel).

When you receive an invite to a meeting, you can join from your Teams calendar. If someone sends you a meeting invite in Chat, select the link > Join now. In Teams, select Calendar to see your meetings. Find the meeting you want to attend and select Join.

Join a Teams meeting from the app. From your Calendar, select Join on a meeting before it's started, or one that's in-progress. Turn on your camera, select Effects and avatars , and choose how you'd like to appear: Select a custom background. Select Blur. Choose your audio settings.

Organizers or presenters must first join the meeting to create or manage breakout rooms. Go to Teams Calendar and open the meeting invite. Go to Breakout rooms and select Create rooms. Choose the number of rooms you want (up to 50) and select Add rooms.
