These are common tricks of scammers. - If you suspect that an email message, or a message in Teams is a scam, the link. Look at the address that pops up when you hover over the link. Ask yourself if that address matches the link that was typed in the message.

To report an email as phishing or junk: Select the email you'd like to report. Tap (...) at the top of the screen. Select "Report Junk" from the dropdown menu. You can then select whether it is Junk, Phishing, or if you'd like to Block Sender.

Use the Block or Allow settings to help control unwanted and unsolicited email messages by creating and managing lists of email addresses and domains that you trust and those that you don’t.

Encrypting an email message in Outlook means it's converted from readable plain text into scrambled cipher text. Only the recipient who has the private key that matches the public key used to encrypt the message can decipher the message for reading.
