Set up auto-reply (out of office) - Microsoft Support
Microsoft 365 subscribers can set up automatic replies for when they are out-of-office or unavailable to respond to email. Select File > Automatic Replies. Note: If you don't see the Automatic Replies button, follow the steps to use rules to send an out of office message. Select Send automatic replies.

Fix printer connection and printing problems in Windows

Turn on automatic forwarding in Outlook - Microsoft Support
How to enable automatic forwarding in new Outlook. At the top of the page, select Settings . Select Mail > Forwarding . Toggle the Enable forwarding switch, enter the forwarding email address, and click Save.
