The Microsoft Edge feature that blocks pop-ups is effective in preventing websites from automatically opening a new window or tab, or a partial window on top of your current web page. This feature is turned on by default.

There are two ways to interact with shared folders: you can be the owner of a mailbox who wants to share one or more folder or their entire mailbox. The Teams Meeting add-in lets you schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook. The add-in is available for Outlook on Windows, Mac, web, and mobile, and should be automatically installed if you have Microsoft Teams and either Office 2016, Office 2019, or Office 2021 installed on your Windows PC.

This feature works for links to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files, stored on OneDrive or SharePoint, that you click in Word, Excel, Outlook, or PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 on Windows or Mac. Once a user turns this feature on, it will apply to all three apps - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
