Recall an email message that you sent in Outlook
Open the message that you want to recall. You must double-click to open the message. Selecting the message so it appears in the reading pane won't allow you to recall the message. If you have the Classic Ribbon, from the Message tab, select Actions > Recall This Message.

Use voting buttons in messages - Microsoft Support
Open the original message with voting buttons that you sent. This message is usually located in the Sent Items folder. On the Message tab, in the Show group, click Tracking. Note: Tracking doesn't appear until at least one recipient of the email message has replied with his or her vote.

After you send an email message, you might want to find that email and resend it or forward it to someone else. Outlook stores your messages in the Sent Items folder. If you don't see the Sent Items folder, you may need to change your Outlook settings.

Send, view, and reply to encrypted messages in Outlook for PC
If you want to encrypt a message that doesn't meet a pre-defined rule or your admin hasn't set up any rules, you can apply a variety of different encryption rules before you send the message. To send an encrypted message from Outlook 2016, select Options > Permissions, then select the protection option you need.
