Microsoft Teams. If you don't want to record or transcribe confidential meetings in Teams, you can still engage with Copilot when it's set to "Only during the meeting" in your Meeting options. When you join a meeting, select Copilot to open it on the right of the meeting view.

Bots can contribute to channel and group chat conversations, such as providing important updates or helping a team organize its work. Typically, you or someone else @mentions a bot to interact with it, but some bots can play a more proactive role in conversations.

With text already in your document, highlight the text that you would like to rewrite or transform into a table. In the left margin next to your text, select the Copilot icon. From the menu, select Rewrite to have Copilot provide rewritten options to choose from.

These services include live captions, subtitles, and transcription functionality available across Office 365 products like Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Stream, and others. With live captions, Teams can detect what’s said in a meeting and present real-time captions and subtitles.

To get someone's attention in a channel conversation or a chat, @mention them. Just type @ before their name and then select them from the menu that appears. Note: You can also mention someone simply by typing their name.

To send a code snippet in a chat or channel message: Select Format below the message box. Choose Code snippet to open a dialog box. In the dialog box, enter the code along with a title for the snippet.
