If your system is asking you for your BitLocker recovery key, the following information may help you locate your recovery key and understand why you're being asked to provide it. Important: Microsoft support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.

The cost of sending an SMS from Skype varies according to the country you’re sending it to. You'll need to have some Skype Credit – sending text messages is not covered by our subscriptions. You can start a one-to-one chat with SMS participants in Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Great Britain, India, Mexico, and the United States. SMS participants from other countries will receive an invite to join Microsoft Teams (free); once they join, you can start a chat with them.
