Track my Microsoft Rewards orders - Microsoft Support
If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.
Get help with a digital code or gift card | Xbox Support
If you’re unable to read all 25 characters of your digital code, you’ll need to request a replacement code by contacting aka.ms/contactxboxsupport. When you contact support, make sure to provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.

Here's how: Search for the language you'd like to install, then select. or install any optional language features you'd like to use. These features, including speech recognition, aren't required for voice typing to work.
