From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options. Choose the language and bit version you want, and then select Install.

Windows 10 Windows 11. The steps to access the repair tool vary depending on your operating system. Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner) and select Apps and Features on the pop-up menu. Select the Microsoft Office product you want to repair and select Modify.

Windows 10. There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly. Windows 11 Windows 10.

Download the automated tool. In the lower-lower left corner right-click SetupProd_OffScrub.exe > Open. Select the version you want to uninstall, and then select Next. Follow through the remaining screens and when prompted, restart your computer.

The file might be locked because: The file is shared and another user is currently editing it. An instance of the Office app is running in the background with the file already opened. The file has been marked as Final and can no longer be updated. In some situations, you can use your mobile device to unlock the file and continue editing it.

Windows 10/11. Select the OneDrive cloud in your notification area to show the OneDrive pop-up. Select the OneDrive Help and Settings icon then select Settings. Go to the Account tab. Select Unlink this PC. macOS. Click the OneDrive cloud icon up in your Menu bar, click the three dots to open the menu, and select Preferences. Go to the Account tab.

Uninstall Office from a PC. Office 2021 Office 2019 Office 2016 More... The following steps describe how to uninstall Microsoft 365 products on a PC (laptop, desktop, or 2-in-1).

Step 1: Try this first, if the file is locked by you. Step 2: Talk to the other user. Step 3: Make sure everyone uses a version that supports co-authoring. Step 4: Put the file in OneDrive or SharePoint in Microsoft 365. Step 5: Make sure to use one of these file formats. Step 6: Check your OneDrive sync app.

Select the name. Type a meaningful name and then press Enter. Everything you do in Excel for the web — naming a file, entering data — is automatically saved to your OneDrive. Do your work. After you name your file, you can enter data and create tables, charts, and formulas. Select the tabs at the top to find the features you want.
