Outlook add-ins provide solutions to help you better interact with Outlook and complete tasks on your messages and appointments without leaving Outlook. Some add-ins are installed by your email administrator, but you can install other ones from the Office Store. Select a tab option below for the version of Outlook you're using.

You can directly install add-ins from this page or select More Add-ins to explore. In the Office Add-ins box, click Store tab. Browse for the add-in you want. You can browse the whole store by selecting All or by a specific category such as Productivity.

Try this: Make sure your PC is connected to the Internet. If Update Options is missing and there's only the About button, you either have a volume license install or your company is using Group Policy to manage Office updates. Try Microsoft Update or contact your company help desk.
