Send automatic replies (out of office) from Outlook
On the View tab, select View settings in new Outlook. Select Accounts > Automatic Replies . Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle. Select Send replies only during a time period, and then enter start and end times. Under Send automatic replies inside your organization, enter the message to send while you're away.

Delay or schedule sending email messages in Outlook
While composing a message, select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send. Select one of the default options, then select Send or choose a custom time and then select Send . After you select Send, the message remains in the Draft folder until the delivery time.

Add or subtract dates - Microsoft Support
You can use the EDATE function to quickly add or subtract months from a date. The EDATE function requires two arguments: the start date and the number of months that you want to add or subtract. To subtract months, enter a negative number as the second argument. For example, =EDATE ("9/15/19",-5) returns 4/15/19.
