To pin apps to the taskbar. Select Start , select the arrow next to All apps, right-click the app, then select More > Pin to taskbar. If the app is already open on the desktop, press and hold (or right click) the app's taskbar icon, and then select Pin to taskbar.

To choose whether your Start menu settings show the most used apps at the top of your all apps list, or whether they show recently downloaded apps in the recommended section, select Start > Settings > Personalization > Start and turn Show recently added apps or Show most used apps on or off.

After you've signed up for Microsoft 365, you and your employees can install Office apps. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, and choose Office software. Under Language, choose the language you want, and then choose Install. When prompted, choose Run.

When editing a collection, in addition to adding apps that have been assigned to you by your admin, you can add your own sites. To add a site, use the following steps. Go to the My Apps portal and sign in using your work or school account. Create a collection or select one to edit.

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Apps & features in Settings. Select the More icon next to the app you want to fix. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available.
