How to redeem gift cards and codes | Xbox Support
In the meantime, sign in to your account to see your latest refund request status. Redeem gift cards and codes to make Xbox purchases and extend your Xbox subscriptions. Codes are 25 characters long, include both numbers and letters, and follow a 5x5 format—five blocks of five characters.
Request a refund for digital games | Xbox Support
If you pre-ordered a game and want to cancel, you can do so up to 10 days before the game launches at: Order history. View and manage your subscriptions on Xbox | Xbox Support
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions. Select the subscription that you want to manage. From here, you can view your plan, expiration date, billing history, subscription status, and change how you pay.
