If you have Link to Windows on your Surface Duo: Open the Link to Windows app by going into the Quick Access panel, and then tap and hold the Link to Windows icon.

There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled.

In most cases, all you have to do to set up a scanner is to connect it to your device. Plug the USB cable from your scanner into an available USB port on your device, and turn the scanner on.
