Sign in to the Advanced security options page of your Microsoft Account. Sign in. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes. Note: VOIP numbers cannot be added as a way to sign in or get verification codes. We'll send a security code to the new number or email to confirm.

Returning items you bought from Microsoft for exchange or refund
You can request a refund on your Xbox order history page. Open Order history. Select the relevant item and choose Request a refund. Provide the reasons for your request and select Next. If everything is correct, select Submit. When you request a refund, it may take 72 hours to process the request.

Find and lock a lost Windows device - Microsoft Support
Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. If you turned it off during setup and now want to turn it on, make sure your Windows device is connected to the internet, has enough battery power so it can send its location, and that you're signed in to the device using your Microsoft account.

Protect your PC from potentially unwanted applications
To configure potentially unwanted app blocking go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > App & browser control > Reputation-based protection settings . There you'll find a control that lets you turn potentially unwanted app blocking off, and select if you want to block apps, downloads, or both.

Manage background activity for apps in Windows
Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Power & battery > Battery usage.
