If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

If you're trying to add your Outlook.com account to Outlook or another mail app, you might need the POP, IMAP, or SMTP settings. You can find them below or by viewing them in your Outlook.com settings.

The Microsoft Authenticator app helps you sign into your accounts when you're using two-step verification.

Go to the Microsoft account sign-up page and click on Create account. Enter your preferred email address, or click on Get a new email address to get a new one from Microsoft. You can choose from @outlook.com or @hotmail.com domains. Create a strong password and click on Next.
