Go to www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in. Note: If you're using Microsoft 365 operated by 21 Vianet, sign in with your work or school account to login.partner.microsoftonline.cn . If you're using Microsoft 365 Germany, sign in with your work or school account to portal.office.de.

Sending a message. If you haven't already set up messages, do the following: On your PC, in the Phone Link, select Messages. To start a new conversation, select New message. Enter the name or phone number of a contact. Select the person you want to send a message to.
