Fix your audio drivers. Hardware problems can be caused by outdated or malfunctioning drivers. Make sure your audio driver is up to date and update it if needed. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the audio driver (it will reinstall automatically).

Manually update Surface drivers and firmware. Manual updates are useful if you need to update an offline device, update many devices that are all the same model, or if you’re creating system images for your organization.

Add a bot. There are a couple ways to add a bot in Teams: Go to Apps on the left side of Teams. Search for your favorite app or browse the app categories to find new ones. In a channel or group chat type @ in the text box and select Get bots.

You can still use Chat in Windows 11 until your device prompts a Teams and Windows update or you're ready to update.

Use Game Bar to play and chat with friends. Performance (9) – Track your game’s frames-per-second (FPS) and other real-time stats. For more info, go to: Track your PC’s performance with Game Bar. Resources (10) – See what apps and processes are using system resources to help you optimize gaming performance.

You can repair some apps and programs if they're not running correctly. Note that you won't see repair, change, or modify options for all apps and programs. Repair options from the Settings page. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Apps & features in Settings.

Enabling virtualization gives you access to a larger library of apps to use and install on your PC. If you upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on your PC, these steps will help you enable virtualization.

A team is a group of people gathered to get something big done in your organization. Sometimes it’s your whole organization. Teams are made up of channels, which are the conversations you have with your teammates. Each channel is dedicated to a specific topic, department, or project.

To get someone's attention in a channel conversation or a chat, @mention them. Just type @ before their name and then select them from the menu that appears. Note: You can also mention someone simply by typing their name.
