If you want to track your Microsoft Rewards order after you redeem an award, sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status. Open Rewards dashboard.

If you pre-ordered a game and want to cancel, you can do so up to 10 days before the game launches at: Order history. Microsoft Rewards is getting even better for gamers. It’s now easier to get started, earn, and redeem points with Rewards, and much easier to use on your Xbox console and apps (available in select markets). Rewards with Xbox is part of the Microsoft Rewards program.
