Some apps take photos or videos with the Camera app. This means that the app will not appear in the list and its access to the camera is determined by the camera access setting for the Camera app. The Camera app won’t capture and send any images to the app that opened it unless you explicitly select the capture button in the Camera app.

Add an app to a meeting. Meeting organizers and presenters can add apps before or during meetings. To add an app before a meeting, first send the meeting invite then open the meeting. Select Add and choose an app. To add an app during a meeting, after the meeting starts select More actions > Add an app.

Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.
