Recall an email message that you sent in Outlook
To recall and replace a message in new Outlook. Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. From the ribbon, select Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox.

Edit or delete a sent message in Microsoft Teams
Delete a sent message. If you need to backtrack and delete something you just sent, go to the message and select More options > Delete. If you haven't sent the message yet, select Format to expand the box and then click Delete in the upper right-hand corner. Undo a deleted message. Go to the deleted message and select Undo.
