Change moderator roles and settings in a channel in Microsoft Teams
Go to the channel, select More options > Manage channel. Under Channel moderation, select On. Under Who are the moderators?, select Manage, and then add or remove team members as moderators. Note: By default, team owners are channel moderators and can't be removed. Team owners and moderators can add and remove other moderators.

Delete a file, folder, or link from a SharePoint document library
Open the SharePoint document library where you want to delete items. To select one or more items that you want to delete, hover over the folder, and then select the checkbox. Right-click a file, folder, or link icon, and then select Delete. In the Delete confirmation dialog, click OK. Restore items in the Recycle Bin of a SharePoint site.

Add rules to a shared mailbox - Microsoft Support
Set a rule in Outlook on the web for a shared mailbox. Select the Settings menu icon and choose Mail. In the Mail > Automatic processing section choose Inbox and sweep rules. In the Inbox Rules section choose the + (plus) icon to add a new rule. Give the rule an appropriate name.

Share a channel with people in Microsoft Teams
How to share a channel with people. Go to the channel you want to share, and select More options > Share channel > Share with people. Type the names of the people in your org you want to share the channel with and select them from the list. To share with people outside your org, type their email addresses, and select them from the list.
