Why accounts are locked and disabled. Microsoft accounts are usually locked if the account holder has violated our Microsoft Services Agreement.Here are some common reasons why accounts are locked, though not all account locks occur for these reasons:

If you trust a file, file type, folder, or a process that Windows Security has detected as malicious, you can stop Windows Security from alerting you or blocking the program by adding the file to the exclusions list.

Note: If you have a built-in display that can play streaming HDR video, but doesn’t support HDR games and apps, use Display calibration for HDR video found in Settings > System > Display > HDR.. Check your poll results. You can see aggregated results in the voting card that is in the body of the email. Sign out of Teams. While it's a good idea to remain signed in to continue receiving chats, notifications, incoming calls, and other activities, sometimes you might want to sign out of Teams to use another account or for other reasons.
