In the Add-Ins dialog box, select the check boxes the add-ins that you want to use, and then click OK. If Excel displays a message that states it can't run this add-in and prompts you to install it, click Yes to install the add-ins. Import a text file by opening it in Excel. You can open a text file that you created in another program as an Excel workbook by using the Open command. Opening a text file in Excel does not change the format of the file — you can see this in the Excel title bar, where the name of the file retains the text file name extension (for example, .txt or .csv).

Under Message organization, choose either of the options depending on whether you want to show email grouped by conversation or as individual message..
