  • Signing in to multiple organizations is available as part of the new Teams. To get access, see Try the new Teams.

  • This feature is currently only available on Windows desktop, with a Mac version coming soon.

Using the new Teams, you can now be logged into multiple work, school, and personal accounts.

  1. Select your profile picture in the top right of the Teams desktop client.

  2. Select Add another account and enter your credentials in the pop-up window.

You can return to your profile at any time to switch between accounts.

Manage notifications and visibility for accounts and organizations

Notifications are turned on by default for any organization you have previously joined as a guest. All activated accounts and orgs will be visible on your profile.

  1. Go to Settings and more  > Settings  > Accounts and orgs

  2. Your currently selected account will be highlighted, and underneath you can see all other organizations related to that account.

  3. Use the toggle next to the organization(s) you’d like to change your notification preferences for.
