Change your password with your email provider. See the following sections for instructions on changing your email account password for several major email providers.

Sign in to a work/school account using a remote computer. Many apps allow you to authenticate by entering a code on another device such as a PC.

Set up PC folder backup. Open OneDrive settings (select the OneDrive cloud icon in your notification area, and then select the OneDrive Help & Settings icon then Settings.). Look in the Surface app. The easiest way to find which Surface model you have is to use the Surface app. It shows the model name of your Surface device and each Surface accessory.

If you get an email about unusual activity on your Microsoft account, or if you’re worried that someone else might have used your account, go to the Recent activity page.You’ll see when your Microsoft account was signed in during the last 30 days, along with any device or app-specific info.

Enter your email, phone number, or Skype sign-in that you use for other services (Outlook, Excel, etc.), then select Next.

In the Rule Address dialog, under Address Book, select the contact list that contains the address you want to forward to.. In the To box at the bottom, enter the email address that you want to forward all your mail to.Select OK.You should see the email address you want all of your email forwarded to inserted into the rule under Step 2.

The user account name on a Windows device shows the name of the signed-in Microsoft account or work/school account. To change which user is signed in, select the Start button on the taskbar. Then select the account name icon or picture to see a list of users you can switch to.

2. Fill out the form using a recognized device and location. If possible, complete the form using a device you previously used to sign into your account and at a location where you commonly use that device and that we'll recognize, such as your home or office.

Manage invitations to share Microsoft 365. On the Microsoft account, Sharing page, under the section Other people, you can view and manage invitations you’ve created.You can check the status of an invitation, resend, or delete invitations.
