Important: If your Microsoft cloud storage is full, you cannot send or receive email.Messages sent to you while your storage was full are bounced back to the sender and are unrecoverable. Check your mailbox storage to see what's taking up space. Learn more about recent changes.

To resize the image, select the image to see drag handles appear around the image. Move the drag handles to resize the image as necessary. Select the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then use the options on it to format your image. For example, you can apply a style or a border to the image.

Notes: To set an automatic reply for contacts outside your company, select Outside My Organization > Auto-reply to people outside my organization, type in a message, and select OK.. The OK button may be missing because of certain screen solution and scaling settings. To resolve this issue, you can adjust the screen resolution and scaling settings, or use a large monitor.

Choose number of pages to print per sheet: Printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper is a useful technique to save paper, reduce printing costs, and create compact versions of your documents. The number of pages that can be printed on a single sheet depends on the capabilities of your printer and the printing options you choose (Example: 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet).

Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.

Select this option to import Internet Explorer Browsing History into Microsoft Edge. Because the Top sites shown in the New tab page are generated based on the browsing history in Microsoft Edge, you may see the Top sites change based on the imported history data.

Notes: This feature is not supported if you sign in with a work/school account. If you use an authenticator app or other multifactor sign in, you will need an app password to sign in.. Ensure these modes create an alert that is visible on your device. Make sure you have a device signal and Internet connection. Make sure your phone calls and text messages are getting through to your mobile device.

Type the email address of the other mailbox that you want to open and then select Open.Or, start typing and then select Search contacts and directory to find the mailbox you want to open.
