The easiest way to get language packs for Windows 8.1 and Windows RT is to download and install them using the Language Control Panel. Download and install additional languages to view menus, dialog boxes, and other user interface items in your preferred language.

Note: The Automatically save passwords setting has been retired with Microsoft Edge version 124 and later. Instead, Edge will offer to save your passwords each time you enter new credentials in the Edge browser. All your previously autosaved passwords will continue to be available for a seamless login.

In Sound settings, go to Input and under Test your microphone, look for the blue bar that rises and falls as you speak into your microphone.If the bar is moving, your microphone is working properly.

Tip: If you're using a wireless display adapter, connect to an HDMI port on newer TVs, then wirelessly connect your PC to it.After connecting your wireless display adapter to your TV, go to your Windows 11 PC, press Windows logo key + K to open Cast, then select your wireless display adapter.

Your free Microsoft account comes with 5 GB of OneDrive cloud storage (and more storage is available if you need it), and backing up your folders syncs the folders you specify to your OneDrive account, making them instantly accessible on all computers that you use with this Microsoft account.

Select the Windows Security app from the search results, go to Virus & threat protection, and under Virus & threat protection settings select Manage settings.

Note: If you start to play a DVD or VCD in the Player Library, the Player automatically switches to Now Playing mode. The Blu-ray Disc format is not supported in Windows Media Player. To play a Blu-ray Disc, you need to use a non-Microsoft program that supports Blu-ray playback and a device capable of reading Blu-ray Discs.
