The Xbox app on PC relies on two Microsoft accounts: the Microsoft Store account, and the Xbox account (your PC gaming account). The Microsoft Store account provides access to owned games, subscription benefits, and other Xbox app purchases made by that account. The Xbox account is used for game streaming access, in-game purchases, achievements, and friends.

Alternatively, you can install any website by going to the top corner of the browser and select Settings and more … > Apps > Install this site as an app.

How to enable TPM. If you need to enable TPM, these settings are managed via the UEFI BIOS (PC firmware) and vary based on your device. You can access these settings by choosing: Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now. In Windows 11, ensure that Camera access, Let apps access your camera, and the individual toggle for the Microsoft Store app you wish to use is turned on. If you do not see the app or website you're looking for in the list, it's likely a desktop app. Desktop apps cannot be individually toggled, but access for those apps can be controlled using Let desktop apps access your camera.
