From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options. Choose the language and bit version you want, and then select Install.

Create Windows 11 installation media. On the Windows 11 software download page , select Create tool now and follow the instructions to install Windows 11. Warning: Microsoft recommends against installing Windows 11 on a device that does not meet the Windows 11 minimum system requirements.

Activate Windows using a product key. A product key is a 25-character code, that looks like this: PRODUCT KEY: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. During installation, you'll be prompted to enter a product key. Or, after installation, to enter the product key, select the Start button, and then select Settings > System > Activation > Update product ...

You'll need: A OneDrive storage location. Internet access. Move files to a new Windows PC using an external storage device. You'll need: An external hard drive or network drive. To open Microsoft Edge, in the search box on the taskbar, type Microsoft Edge, and then select it from the results. Windows 11 Windows 10. To open File Explorer in Windows 11, select File Explorer on the taskbar or press the Windows logo key + E on your keyboard. Here are some things to try if File Explorer won't open.

Enter a formula that contains a built-in function. Select an empty cell. Type an equal sign = and then type a function. For example, =SUM for getting the total sales. Type an opening parenthesis (. Select the range of cells, and then type a closing parenthesis). Press Enter to get the result.

Sign in to Outlook on the web with your work or school account. Go to outlook.office.com. If you're not automatically signed in with your work or school account, follow the prompts to enter the email address and password for your work or school account. Follow any two-factor authentication prompts you may have previously set up for this account.

In the Run dialog box, type: Outlook.exe /profiles and then press Enter. While Outlook is running, select File > Account Settings > Change Profile. Outlook will restart. On the Profile picker dialog box, select Options. You can proceed to open the other profile and then use Account Manager.

Reduce the size of an image. If you’re sending large image files you can automatically resize them to reduce their file size. Attach the images to your email message. Click File > Info. Under the Image Attachments section, select Resize large images when I send this message. Return to your message, and click Send.

To upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro manually, first check which edition you’re running and your activation state: Select Start > Settings > System > Activation. At the top of the Activation page, you see your edition: either Home or Pro. You‘ll also see if you’re activated under Activation state . Open Activation settings ...
