Get help with a damaged or unreadable code. If you’re unable to read all 25 characters of your digital code, you’ll need to request a replacement code by contacting aka.ms/contactxboxsupport. When you contact support, make sure to provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.

When someone shares a folder with you, it appears in the Shared section of your OneDrive.com.If you have Edit permissions to those shared folders, you can add them to the My files section of your OneDrive to make them easier to access and work with. If you want to view and access shared folders on your PC or Mac, install the OneDrive app and sync your folders to your device.

TMP files show "Sync pending". To resolve the sync pending status on TMP files, you can do one of the following: Upload it manually to onedrive.com . Rename it and give it a new extension (e.g. " Temp "). If you cannot rename it, the file is still in use. Restart your computer and try again.

To turn AutoSave on, save your file to your OneDrive or SharePoint folder from within your Microsoft 365 app. Go to File then Save As. Select your OneDrive personal, work or school account. Choose your sub-folder from the list that appears. Enter a file name and select Save. Tips:
