Windows Security provides built-in security options to help protect your device from malicious software attacks. To access the features described below, tap the Windows Start button, type windows security, select it from the results, and then select Device security.

To save time on tasks you do often, bundle the steps into a macro. First, you record the macro. Then you can run the macro by clicking a button on the Quick Access Toolbar or pressing a combination of keys.

From the meeting chat, select Open Copilot in the upper-right corner of the chat—you'll see the Copilot icon.From here, Copilot bases responses on the meeting transcript, not the meeting chat. Disable all macros except digitally signed macros Macros are disabled, and security alerts appear if there are unsigned macros present.However, if the macro is digitally signed by a trusted publisher, the macro just runs. If the macro is signed by a publisher you haven't trusted yet, you are given the opportunity to enable the signed macro and trust the publisher.

If you trust a file, file type, folder, or a process that Windows Security has detected as malicious, you can stop Windows Security from alerting you or blocking the program by adding the file to the exclusions list.
