Windows camera, microphone, and privacy - Microsoft Support
In Windows 11, ensure that Camera access, Let apps access your camera, and the individual toggle for the Microsoft Store app you wish to use is turned on. If you do not see the app or website you're looking for in the list, it's likely a desktop app. Desktop apps cannot be individually toggled, but access for those apps can be controlled using Let desktop apps access your camera.
Media Feature Pack for Windows 10/11 N (February 2023)
On Windows 11 N: Select Start, then select Settings > Apps > Optional features.Select View features next to Add an optional feature, and then select the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.

Set up a security key as your verification method
What is a security key? We currently support several designs and providers of security keys using the Fast Identity Online (FIDO2) passwordless authentication protocols. Manage the input and display language settings in Windows
To switch the keyboard layout you're using in Windows 10, press and hold the Windows key and then repeatedly press the Spacebar to cycle through all your installed keyboards. (If this doesn't do anything, it means you have only one installed.)
