Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.

In Windows 11, ensure that Camera access, Let apps access your camera, and the individual toggle for the Microsoft Store app you wish to use is turned on. If you do not see the app or website you're looking for in the list, it's likely a desktop app. Desktop apps cannot be individually toggled, but access for those apps can be controlled using Let desktop apps access your camera.

Using clipboard. When you copy content on your PC, it’s automatically copied to your clipboard for you to paste. You can paste multiple items from your clipboard history, and you can also pin the items you tend to use all the time and sync your clipboard history to the cloud.

If you select multiple files or folders and then select Download from Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint in Microsoft 365, or from SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, your browser will start downloading a .zip file containing all the files and folders you selected. Press and hold (or right-click) the MP4 file you want to play, select Open with, and then choose your preferred file player from the list of applications.
