Unify your accounts. The new Outlook for Windows brings several advantages when it comes to managing your emails and calendars. For example, you can now view your various emails and calendar events in one place, making it easier to stay organized.

Under Message organization, choose either of the options depending on whether you want to show email grouped by conversation or as individual message.. If you select Show email grouped by conversation, under Arrange the reading pane, select either of the options: Newest on top, Newest on bottom, or Show each message separately.

To find touchpad devices, select Human Interface Devices or Mice and other pointing devices, then right-click the device you'd like to update.

Disable all macros except digitally signed macros This setting is the same as the Disable all macros with notification option, except that if the macro is digitally signed by a trusted publisher, the macro can run if you have already trusted the publisher. If you have not trusted the publisher, you are notified. That way, you can choose to enable those signed macros or trust the publisher.

Website notifications appear in the lower right corner of your screen and are also displayed in the Notification Center.When notifications are turned on for a website, they will still appear even if Microsoft Edge is closed.

On another Windows PC or other device, connect to Wi-Fi as you normally would, and enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted. For more info about connecting to Wi-Fi, see Connect to a Wi-Fi network in Windows.

Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.

Select Admit to let them right into the meeting, or View lobby to admit or deny them, as well as see a list of everyone who's waiting. Note: Anyone who joins the meeting and doesn't have a Teams account will be labeled Unverified .

If you see a Let's get started screen with options to try, buy, or activate Office, this means that Office is installed on your new PC as a 1-month trial of Microsoft 365 Family. You won't receive a product key from your PC manufacturer unless you paid for an Office product key card. Instead, you can start a trial of Microsoft 365 Family, or buy Office.
