Replying or forwarding messages - You can have a different font on messages you're forwarding or replying to. This setting is mostly for the two check boxes that let you mark your comments with your name (or other text) or with a different color of text.

IFS will allow you to include up to 127 pairs of conditions (the test if something is True and the result if something is true). IFS can take the place of multiple nested IF statements.

To create a new, blank file and link to it, click Create New Document under Link to, type a name for the new file, and either use the location shown under Full path or browse to a different save location by clicking Change.You can also choose whether to Edit the new document later or open and Edit the new document now.

Each widget is powered by a different app or service. To see what is powering a widget, select More Options (…) in the upper-right corner of the widget, and look for the “Powered by” message at the bottom of the menu. Each individual widget is an extension of its corresponding app or service and is controlled by the settings for that app or service.

Important: Copilot in Outlook only supports work or school accounts, and Microsoft accounts using outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, and msn.com email addresses at this time. Any Microsoft account using an account from a third-party email provider, such as a Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud, can still use Outlook, but won't have access to the Copilot features in Outlook.

Under Delegate Permissions, set these five options to None: Calendar, Tasks, Inbox, Contacts, and Notes.. Selecting None for each of these options gives the delegate the basic ability to send messages on your behalf, but nothing more. Grant the delegate additional permissions (such as the ability to see your inbox) by selecting Inbox, and from the dropdown select Reviewer, Author, or Editor.
