Creating a passkey. To create a passkey for your Microsoft account, follow these steps on the device for which you’d like to create a passkey:

Windows share window: Select the Outlook icon in the “Share using” section of the Windows share window to email your files using Outlook directly within the windows share window.It also has a search box. If you selected the Show icon on my profile check box but the icon still isn’t displaying, sign out of the device where you have the issue and then sign back in. On a PC, you may also be required to restart the app: Start Task Manager, choose the app that’s running (Game Bar or Xbox app), select End task, and then restart the app.
