Delay or schedule sending email messages in Outlook
Schedule a message for later. While composing a message, select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send. Select one of the default options, then select Send or choose a custom time and then select Send . After you select Send, the message remains in the Draft folder until the delivery time.

Add or update enterprise resources using an external data file
To import new or modify existing resources in an enterprise resource pool: Go to the Resource Center in Project Server or Project Online. Select the resources you want to modify, or select at least one resource if you plan to add additional resources to the pool. Click Resources > Open. This opens Project Professional to the Resource Sheet view.
