How to open the Camera app in Windows. To open up your webcam or camera, select the Start button, then select All apps, and then select Camera in the list of apps. If you have multiple cameras, you can switch between them by selecting Change Camera at the top right once the Camera app is opened.. Open Camera

Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. To access your sign-in options, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.. Or just select this button: Go to Sign-in options. Change or manage your password or PIN.
