The Xbox app on PC relies on two Microsoft accounts: the Microsoft Store account, and the Xbox profile (your PC gaming account). The Microsoft Store account provides access to owned games, subscription benefits, and other Xbox app purchases made by that account.

Controller serial numbers are 14 characters long and don’t include dashes. Your controller serial number may not be recognized if you’ve never connected your controller, or if you connected for the first time within the last 48 hours.; If you have the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower center on the back of the controller.

Surface app. With integrated help and support, you can find solutions to questions and issues directly from the Surface app. You can easily access device, charging, and warranty information and view and customize your connected Surface accessories.

An administrator might have customized the settings for your Temporary Internet Files folder to prevent you from changing the settings. For example, the administrator can remove the General tab from the interface in the Internet Options dialog box.
