Creating a passkey. To create a passkey for your Microsoft account, follow these steps on the device for which you’d like to create a passkey:

Under Adjust your photo, select Choose a file > Browse files to select an existing photo. Or, if your device has a camera, select Take a photo > Open camera and take a new photo

Blur. Select the Blur option, then use the slider to adjust the Blur intensity, then select Apply to blur the background.. Remove.
