My Outlook doesn't look like any of these pictures. There are multiple ways for you to send and receive email, and multiple versions of Outlook available. If either of the categories above apply to you, use the following procedures to update your browser: Update once. In the browser, go to Settings and more > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge (edge://settings/help).. If the About page shows Microsoft Edge is up to date., you don't need to do anything.

Word for the web doesn't support changing case. Use the desktop application to open the document and change text case there, or else you can manually change the casing of text in Word for the web. Select the text you want to change. Go to Home > More Font Options > Change case.

Select Start > Settings > Personalization.The preview window gives you a sneak peek of your changes as you make them. In Personalize your background, you can select a picture, a solid color, or a slideshow of pictures you create.Or you can choose Windows spotlight to see a new image from around the world every day.

Note: Don't select the link under Upgrade your edition of Windows. That's a different process that will keep you in S mode. On the page that appears in the Microsoft Store (Switch out of S mode or a similar page), select the Get button. After you confirm this action, you'll be able to install apps from outside the Microsoft Store.

Note: If you are in tablet mode, you may not be able to see your desktop icons properly.You can find the program by searching for the program name in File Explorer. To turn off tablet mode, select action center on the taskbar (next to date and time), and then select Tablet mode to turn it on or off.

Notes: If you have existing lists of safe names and addresses, you can move that information into Outlook. Click Import from File and browse for the list file that you want. To create a file that uses your current list, click Export to File and then specify where you want the new file saved.. To change a name on the list, click the name that you want to change and then click Edit.

Microsoft 365 is a subscription service that makes sure you always have the most up-to-date modern productivity tools from Microsoft. There are Microsoft 365 plans for home and personal use, as well as for small and midsized businesses, large enterprises, schools, and non-profits.

To open the On-Screen Keyboard. Go to Start , then select Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard, and turn on the On-Screen Keyboard toggle. A keyboard that can be used to move around the screen and enter text will appear on the screen. The keyboard will remain on the screen until you close it.

The new Outlook for Windows will launch into the account you have set as your default send account in Outlook. If Outlook can't sign you in automatically, manually type in the account and sign in. If this is the first time you're switching to the new Outlook, you'll be prompted to bring over your settings from the classic Outlook for Windows.
