Safe mode starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and services to help troubleshoot issues. If a problem doesn't reappear when you start your PC in safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic device drivers and services as possible causes.

Find Teams on the web at https://teams.microsoft.com.. To use Teams, you need a Microsoft 365 account with a Business or Enterprise Microsoft 365 license plan. If you selected the Share button, people will receive an email message inviting them to open the file. They can select the link to open the workbook. A web browser will open, and the workbook will open in Excel for the web. If they want to use the Excel desktop app to co-author, they can select Edit in Desktop App.However, they'll need a version of the Excel app that supports co-authoring.

Check the device. If the device doesn't appear to work at all (no lights appear on the device when it’s plugged in, or the cursor doesn't move or doesn't appear on the screen), connect the device to another PC and make sure the device works on that PC.

Look in the Surface app. The easiest way to find which Surface model you have is to use the Surface app. It shows the model name of your Surface device and each Surface accessory.

Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location.This opens the location where the shortcut to the app is saved. If there isn't an option for Open file location, it means the app can't run at startup.

Note: If you have a message open in its own window instead of the Reading pane, the Backspace key will not archive the message. You have to close the message and view it in the Reading pane for the Backspace keyto archive the message. When the message is open in a new window, the only way to archive the message is by using the Archive button on the ribbon.
